Working with the 16th of May Foundation
There are many ways you can get involved with The Sixteenth of May Foundation. Following are the ways you can make a difference now.
- Advocacy and Empowerment: Individuals and groups that believe in the call and dream of The Sixteenth of May Foundation can become official advocates and their contributions shall be solicited.
- Financial Contributions: The Sixteenth of May Foundation has taken on very pressing issues in Southern Sudan and in need of money to help accomplish these goals. Please contribute any amount you can so that we can all bring about changes and create sustained communities. Following are a variety of ways you can contribute:
- By Credit Card and/or Paypal online
- By check or money order
- In-Kind Donations: The Sixteenth of May Foundation accepts donations of books and computers to be used in the villages in Southern Sudan.
- Individual volunteers: In the community, individuals can get involved with The Sixteenth of May Foundation in their local communities by getting involved in areas of operation such as advocacy, awareness and fundraising. We are in need of volunteers with expertise in the fields of fundraising, medical, dental, environmental, cultural and communications.
- Corporations and Foundations: Corporations and Foundations can become part of The Sixteenth of May Foundation in helping with funding or partnership for a specific program.
- Universities and Colleges: College students, Professors and other academics are useful to The Sixteenth of May Foundation. You or your school can become part of the movement to create a better tomorrow by helping with campaigns, fundraising and advocacy. We are also in need of students who are interested in volunteering or interning in the villages.
